The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Insurance Program Office is providing coverage for the period of January 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009. The terms of insurance are the same as the previous policy with three exceptions: (1) the premium payment date have been revised to reflect the duration of the policy, (2) language has been added defining an "Aircraft Accident", and (3) language was revised to more clearly articulate the intent of Article IX., Supplemental Coverages and Article X., Allocation of Costs Between the Insurer and Other Insurers.
