Any health care facility in a State meeting the definition of a CSF as described in Section C of the Application Guidance is eligible under the NELRP. However, a funding preference is given to applicants with greatest financial need who will serve at one of the types of CSFs that have the most severe nursing shortage, as specified in Section E of the Application Guidance.
