• New February 1, 2007 - Introducing the Red Book ICE DTD v4.2 for both Patent Grants and Patent Published Applications, please reference FAQ 78.
• January 2006 the USPTO implemented the International Patent Classification Reform (IPCR). For more information about IPCR, please reference FAQ 74.
• Standard ST. 36 (ICE) was approved by WIPO on November 08, 2004. The patent application publications DTD dated 2004-12-02 and the patent grant publications DTD dated 2004-12-02 posted below reflect the approved ST. 36. Please reference the revision history dated 2004-12-02 within each DTD.
