Hold frequent press conferences to announce actions you've taken, big or small

The American people need to know what your administration is doing to improve the economy, reduce our dependence on nonrenewable resources, uphold the Constitution, and fight for equal rights for all Americans.

I recommend holding frequent press conferences so the people are made aware of the specific actions you have taken to improve life in this country. Issuing written press releases and having a Press Secretary are necessary because of the volume of work that is done in the White House, but a weekly press conference to recap what, specifically, your administration has done would allow people to appreciate the efforts being taken, and see how effective they are in improving our lives.

I think he is being doing that throu the www.change.gov and hopefully that's what he will do. That's why his mandate will be "Transparent"

Much in the way that businesses have frequent, regular staff/department meetings, agreed.  There's no such thing as "too much information" coming from the Oval Office.  And even though it sometimes feels spam-y, I like getting all the email updates from Change.gov and the transition team.  The sense of being included in the national dialogue, that my thoughts, opinions and experiences count, was a big factor in my Election Day decision.

Too many press conferences diminishes the importance of the address.
Twice every fiscal quarter, would be plenty to keep citizenry informed.
