In terms of the remaining  $350 billion  dollar tarp funds, it is imperative that congress stipulates the terms and condtions concerning the  distirbutiuon of said funds. Specifically, detailed restrictions on executive compensation  and  taxpapapers must receive  an ROI equivalent to deal that Warren Buffet achieved with GE.
