Dear President Elect Obama,
I am writing to ask you to please extend unemployment benefits. I have been unemployed since February of 2008. We have been in jeapordy of losing our house for several months now. We are self employed and because of the economy our business has barely held on. We do lawn maintenance and you'd think living in Arizona it would not be a problem. But people are cutting back on these types of services.
President Bush did extend the benefits, but I only recieved 7 weeks worth. I am trying my best to get a job.
I need the benefits to be extended so we don't lose our house and keep our truck. Feed ourselves and my dogs.
Pretty please HELP!!! Arizona benefits are only $240 a week. It is not much but believe me it helps!
