Abstract
|
esp@cnet.com is a free service provided by the European Patent Organisation and the national offices of its member states that can be used to search patent applications in their original language from The European Patent Office and The World Intellectual Property Org. (PCT) as well as patent applications with an English abstract and title worldwide. It can also be used to find English-language abstracts of documents in the European Patent Office’s in-house databases of patents from throughout the world. As of 2008, esp@cenet® holds data on more than 60 million patents from 85 countries. A total of 30.5 million of these patents have a title, 29.5 million have an ECLA class and 18.9 million an abstract in English.
