Abstract | The NDB is a repository of three-dimensional structural information about nucleic acids. Searching can be done on author, classification, and many structure characteristics. such as sequence, modifiers, mismatches, drugs, proteins. For each structure in the results list, the user can display the NDB Atlas entry, retrieve the coordinates for the asymmetric or the biological unit in PDB format, retrieve the coordinates in mmCIF format, or view the structure using RasMol. |
