  • San Francisco Sex Information Line

  • National HIV Telephone Consultation Service (Warmline)
    (1-800-933-3413) Offers up-to-the-minute clinical information and case consultation. Monday - Friday, 6 am - 5 pm Pacific time and by voice mail 24 hours a day. For health care providers only.
  • National Clinicians' Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Hotline (PEPline)
    (1-888-448-4911) Provides 24-hour service for physicians and health care workers needing PEP case consultation only. Also features PEP FAQs .
  • USP Medication Errors Reporting (MER) Program
    Reporting programs for drug product problems, medication errors, and veterinary medicine. 1-800-23-ERROR (1-800-233-7767).
  • Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System
    (VAERS) Vaccine surveillance program of the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. Call 1-800-822-7967 to obtain VAERS form or assistance from staff in filling out the VAERS form. Form can also be downloaded as a PDF or submitted online.
