Work Objectives:
- Assist in the ongoing implementation of the CDC-GAP Zimbabwe program of technical financial assistance on HIV/AIDS and other CDC/GAP Programs in Zimbabwe.
- Assist in the development of GAP Zimbabwe-based system to oversee, manage, monitor and evaluate the successful implementation of Cooperative Agreement Grants and Contracts undertaken by the program.
- Work with the WHO/AFRO Tobacco Free Initiative program to assist in implementation, collection, compilation and distribution of data from the Regional Survey on Tobacco Control to all countries in the region as well as assist with follow up activities with those countries that have been trained in conducting the Global Youth Tobacco Survey.
- Support Zimbabwe AIDS Network (ZAN) and affiliated organizations to improve information management, sharing, and dissemination capacity.
- Provide managerial, administrative and operational support to the Zim-CDC AIDS Project Team.
