CURRENT STATUS: We are now using a rolling review process to choose STOP team members. As such, we are continually accepting and processing applications for STOP teams and will review your application in the order that it was received. Once your application is reviewed, a recruiter will be in touch with you. Please note that if the team that you are applying for is filled, you may be considered for a subsequent team. Thank you very much for applying to the Stop Transmission Of Polio (STOP) program.

If you wish to be considered for a STOP team, please send the following information to NIPSTOPteam@cdc.gov:
  1. A completed STOP application*
  2. A current CV (.doc)

In order for us to process your application for the STOP program, a completed application and detailed CV are mandatory. If we do not receive both items, your application will not be processed.

NOTE: All Canadian citizens as well as permanent residents of Canada should refer to the Canadian Public Health Association website for application instructions.

A medical exam is required after acceptance.
