Q. How can you grind, alley-oop, and duck walk - and still live to tell about it?

A. No Problem. Just wear armor - protective gear.

In-line skating is one of the fastest-growing sports. And, every year, a ton of kids end up in the hospital with injuries -- more than 1,000 kids each week.

In-line skaters are most likely to get broken wrists. But a bunch of kids get head injuries -- which can really mess up the rest of your life.

So, put on a helmet, wrist and elbow guards, and knee pads - and don't say we told you to go out and do a hand plant.
