University Closed Monday for MLK Day

In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, Old Dominion University will be closed Monday, Jan. 19. Classes will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

ODU Launches Neighborhood Shuttle Service

Old Dominion University has launched shuttle service for students, faculty and staff who live in the Highland Park and Lambert's Point neighborhoods to get to and from the campus.

New Exhibit Opens at Gordon Galleries Saturday

"Echomaker," an art show by Iranian-born sculptor Tannaz Farsi, will open with a reception from 6:30-9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Old Dominion University's Baron and Ellin Gordon Art Galleries.

Toomey Quartet Concert Tonight to Benefit Public Radio Jazz Programs

The John Toomey Quartet will perform a benefit jazz concert tonight at 8 p.m. in ODU's Chandler Recital Hall of the Diehn Fine and Performing Arts Center. The concert will benefit the local WHRO/WHRV public radio station in support of its jazz programs. Admission is $15 and reservations are required.
