Dr. Hope Baluh is the Chief Clinical Consultant of Surgery for the Indian Health Service. Dr. Baluh is very interested in developing a nationwide Native American tumor registry, the development of advanced laparoscopic procedures in Indian country, and all surgery related issues in rural America.
