Subpoena
During discovery, all parties to the proceeding, including FERC trial staff, may ask the ALJ to issue a subpoena requiring a witness to provide testimony.

A request for a subpoena is made to the Presiding Judge. After the judge signs the subpoena, the Secretary signs, dates and puts the FERC seal on the subpoena and returns it to the requestor.
