Based on the National Gallery's Micro Gallery multimedia system, this encyclopedic program introduces the work of more than 600 artists. A subject index relates the works thematically, while a timeline places them in the context of major historical and cultural events. Also included are regional maps and a dictionary of terms.

Note: Available for a nine-month loan period, permitting extended use in classroom or library settings.
