                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                          H.R. 2 (ORDER NO. 5)

    1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, January 25, 2007, at 9:30 a.m., the 
Senate resume consideration of H.R. 2, an act to amend the Fair Labor 
Standards Act of 1938 to provide for an increase in the Federal minumum 
wage; provided that the Senate resume consideration of Amdt. No. 158, 
offered by the Senator from South Carolina (Mr. DeMint), and there be a 
1 hour time limitation prior to a vote in relation to the amendment, 
with the time equally divided between the Senator from Massachusetts 
(Mr. Kennedy) and the Senator from South Carolina (Mr. DeMint); further, 
that no amendments to the amendment be in order prior to a vote in 
relation to the amendment and that upon the use or yielding back of 
time, the Senate proceed to a vote in relation to Amdt. No. 158. (Jan. 
24, 2007.)
