                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                     S. CON. RES. 21 (ORDER NO. 82)

    Ordered, That on Wednesday, March 21, 2007, when the Senate resumes 
consideration of S. Con. Res. 21, an original concurrent resolution 
setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government 
for fiscal year 2008 and including the appropriate budgetary levels for 
fiscal years 2007 and 2009 through 2012, there be 42 hours remaining for 
debate, equally divided; Ordered further, That the first amendment to be 
offered on March 21, 2007, be offered by a Republican Senator, and the 
next amendment be one offered by the Majority Leader, or his designee.
    Ordered further, That there be no roll call votes prior to 5:00 
p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2007, and that the first vote in the sequence 
be the amendment offered by the Majority Leader or his designee. (Mar.
