Make It and Take It!

Make the American Memory virtual collections REAL for your students. Learn to download and use images, texts, maps, sound recordings and films off-line. You will be amazed by what you can do to make history "come alive".

Comfort with browsing the web; some familiarity with image editing applications (Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc.). Some knowledge of electronic media types is suggested, but not required.
