To create and process an electronic FAA Form 337 you must be registered as a user with
the AVS eForm Service. To become registered, contact a local Flight Standards District
Office
(FSDO)
closest to you and request a user account to access electronic FAA Form 337. more...
You will need to present current FAA-issued certifications to verify you have the valid
credentials required to access the system. This may require making an appointment to visit
the FSDO.
