Notes:
Low co-pays for full health insurance. We have a signing and retention bonus listed under the compensation section. Full-Time employee benefits include: PTO of 4.5 wks per yr for the 1st three yrs, 5.5 wks for the next 3 yrs and 7.5 wks after 6 yrs of continuous employment. $5000.00 & 10 days available for CME/CE.
