Scheduling Appointments at the Medical Center

VA Help Line:  Telephone: (602) 222-6550, or toll-free in Arizona at 1-888-214-7264.

The VA Help Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We may be able to take care of your problem over the phone so that you may not need to come to the medical center, we will answer your health-related questions and provide you with information about your medications, and we also can assist you with changing or canceling a clinic appointment.

Canceling or Changing Appointments

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans who may be ill.

For a listing of your current appointments, please call the VA Help Line at (602) 222-6550, or toll-free in Arizona at 1-888-214-7264.
