PubMed® – Use the NIH Library Full-Text Plus! button to link to articles
EMBASE – Emphasis on drug information in European journals
Scopus – Searches across 14,000 journals and 5 million patents; provides a lising of articles citing the target paper 
Web of Science® – Links to references and cited reference searching

Speciality Databases
Cochrane Library – Provides original systematic reviews and meta-analyses on therapeutics and diagnostics
e-Facts – Provides full text drug information including administration, interactions, and adverse reactions
Journal Citation Reports® – Provides citation data on journals showing high impact journals and most- frequently-used journals
OMIM (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man) – Information on human genes and genetic disorders with links to MEDLINE® and gene sequence databases
TOXNET® – Provides a collection of databases on toxicology and hazardous chemicals

My NCBI – Automatic weekly or monthly updates from PubMed

Online Textbooks
MDConsult – Use the "Generic Account" to access online books and journals
UpToDate® – Current, peer-reviewed clinical information
