2008 Guide to Specialists

The Guide to Specialists seeks to inform members of Congress and their staffs, government officials, journalists, educators, non-governmental organization (NGO) community, the private sector, and the public about the specialists who work at the U.S. Institute of Peace and the programs they conduct on a wide array of international conflict prevention, management, and resolution issues.

The guide provides:

  • A list of specialists sorted alphabetically.
  • A list of specialists sorted by region.
  • A list of specialists grouped by topic.

All staff and fellows maintain offices at the Institute, although some fellows work offsite. Journalists requiring assistance in reaching an Institute specialists should contact:
