About NOAA OCAO-Boulder
NOAA OCAO-Boulder provides protective, logistical and facilities management services required for the efficient accomplishment of the Department of Commerce missions. NOAA OCAO-Boulder manages real property, space, personal property, and motor vehicles; operates stores, warehousing, equipment rental, and a hazardous waste management facility, as well as providing professional safety, industrial hygiene, radiation safety, fire prevention, environmental protection, facilities engineering, and space design.

The Facilities Program Branch provides Engineering, Building Management and Real Estate services.

Logistics Program Branch 
The Logistics Program Branch provides Shipping and Receiving, Traffic Management, Personal Property, and Stores and Property Storage.
Safety Program Branch
The Regional Safety & Health Manager monitors the Department of Commerce safety and health program by collecting accident statistics, providing technical guidance to field activities and conducting periodic workplace inspections. Information on industrial hygiene, safety, fire protection and environmental is provided.
