The Department of Defense (DoD) Pilot Mentor-Protégé Program is conceivably one of the most dynamic programs introduced in the last few years. This program has the potential (with the help of DoD Prime Contractors) of encouraging the development of SDB's, HBCUs, and MIs to not only support this nation's defense but to also help build a stronger economic base for America.
