The National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA) is the trade association that represents the private sector companies in North America that provide solid, hazardous and medical waste collection, recycling and disposal services, and companies that provide professional and consulting services to the waste services industry. We are committed to:

  • Representing the industry before local governments, state legislatures and regulatory agencies, Congress and federal regulatory agencies (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
  • Planning events that are the place for industry leaders to network with their peers and discuss business issues.
  • Providing members with variety of complimentary publications about industry trends.
  • Providing members assistance and information to help improve their safety, efficiency and profitability.
