CONVECTIVE COMPLEXES THAT WILL CONTINUE TO ADD WATER TO MOIST SOILS...
NE COLORADO FROM KIT CARSON TO SEDGWICK WITH SPILLOVER POSSIBILITIES
NEXT FEW HRS INTO SW NEBRASKA COUNTIES.  MOISTURE TRANSPORT EXCELLENT
AND WILL SUSTAIN CONVECTION...LITLE MORE STABLE THE FURTHER EAST...SO
NOT SURE HOW EAST CONVECTION WILL GET INTO NW KS AND W NEBRASKA...
BUT CERTAINLY WILL HAVE TO MONITOR THRU 06Z.    OTHER AREA ACROSS EASTERN
WY FROM W LARAMIE TO NIOBRARA THAT SPILL OVER INTO EXT SW SD
AND NW NEBRASKA.  HERE SOIL CONDITIONS WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR FF
POTENTIAL TO BE REALIZED ESPECIALLY IF TRAINING SSW TO NNE CELLS CONTINUE.
RAIN RATES CAN REACH 0.5" TO 1.0" IN A 1-2HR PERIOD.
