What We Do
The Office of the Executive Director (OED) oversees and directs the executive and administrative operations of the Commission including:
- Planning and evaluation;
- Productivity/workload/resource tracking;
- Financial and resource management;
- Human resources and payroll services;
- Procurement;
- Travel operations;
- Printing procurement and publishing services;
- Library services;
- Directives and delegations of authority;
- Management of facilities, security, supplies, and transportation;
- Visual information services;
- Strategic planning;
- Agency performance;
- Information technology; and
- Records management.
Advises the Chairman of potential issues and concerns in the areas of management studies and related financial reviews, productivity, and performance audits.
