InCAST User's Manual
The Inventory Collection Tool (InCAST) helps users collect and manage local building data for more refined analyses than are possible with the national level data sets that come with HAZUS.
The InCAST User's Manual provides guidance and background information to enable the user to effectively operate InCAST. The first section explains how to install and uninstall InCAST, and then introduces the main features, tool bar, and an overview of the system requirements.
The second section provides step-by-step instructions on how to use InCAST to collect multi-hazard data.
