March 2003 NCSAC Meeting Agenda 

The 5th Meeting of the National Children’s Study Federal Advisory Committee (NCSAC)
March 6–7, 2003

Goals of the March 2003 Federal Advisory Committee Meeting:
Follow-up on presentations and discussions with various Working Groups who presented during the December Meeting. Attention will be given to issues related to recruitment of subjects prior to conception, a Study architecture to integrate disciplines and scientific perspectives, Study themes developed by the ICC, and approaches to predict fetal growth. The NCSAC will also be updated on progress in Study design, including the timing of measurement of exposures and outcomes. Additionally, they will review recommendations and requests by NCSAC from previous NCSAC meetings (as reflected in the NCSAC meeting minutes) and hear presentations about community involvement and the participatory process.
