On March 6 the United States Institute of Peace hosted a special address by Paul Kagame, president of Rwanda on the current prospects for peace in the Great Lakes Region. Chaired by Chester Crocker, Schlesinger Professor of Strategic Studies at Georgetown University and former Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs the address was webcast live and followed by questions from the floor.
