Newsletters

The National Center for PTSD produces specific publications for clinicians, all available for downloading.

Clinician's Trauma Update Online (CTU-Online) Newsletter

This electronic newsletter provides summaries of clinically relevant publications in the trauma field. CTU-Online summaries are presented in brief format with links to the full article, when available. Content on treatment and assessment is emphasized. Other topics are included if the content has significant clinical implications. Our target audience is clinicians who work with veterans or active duty personnel.  However, the newsletter is also likely to be of relevance to researchers, administrators, and policymakers within and outside VA. It is published 6 times per year and sent via email.

PTSD Research Quarterly

Providers and Researchers may be interested in the Center's PTSD Research Quarterly (RQ). Each RQ contains review articles written by guest experts on specific topics related to PTSD. Each article contains a selective bibliography with abstracts and a supplementary list of annotated citations.

PTSD Clinical Quarterly (archives)

From 1990-2003 the Center published the PTSD Clinical Quarterly (CQ). The CQ targeted practicing clinicians and administrators and provided them with an overview of the major clinical, theoretical, and programmatic developments in the field. The complete list of CQs can be searched and downloaded.
