Policy on Non-Refundable Tickets

Flight reimbursement is limited to the lowest available fare (normally a published, non-refundable fare or a Laboratory negotiated fare) based on the official business begin and end dates.
Non-refundable fares must be ticketed within 24 hours.
It is the Travel Arranger's responsibility to notify the Reservations Team if non-refundable tickets are not acceptable and why.
Non-Refundable tickets are charged to the traveler's cost center and program code when tickets are ticketed (includes electronic tickets)
