Disclaimer: The plan posted here is being revised. The 2005 hurricanes created a new face of homelessness in Louisiana. Although much progress had been made on earlier planning activities the State Team needed to regroup due to the severe hurricane devastation and immediate recovery efforts. The State Team plans to adopt a new plan in 2007 and provide it to the Governor's Office staff for review and recommendations. When complete and approved by the Governor's Office, the plan will be found at http://wwwdss.state.la.us/departments/ocs/Homeless.html
