Vision StatementVISION 1: We envision a homeless service delivery system whereby homeless persons can access the government and private services they need to reach their maximum potential. VISION 2: We envision coordinated governmental and private systems and policies that allow for full engagement of adequate resources by all public and private providers to create local solutions that ensure all homeless persons have all services needed for each individual to reach his or her maximum potential. MISSION: To plan, develop, and implement a coordinated and integrated response to chronic homelessness by identifying and eliminating barriers to accessing and receiving culturally competent mainstream services within the present system, to reduce duplication of services, and to unite mainstream public and private homeless service providers across the State in an ongoing effort to break the cycle of homelessness and help homeless persons achieve and maintain maximum self-sufficiency.
