The socio-polital matrix was constructed by defining the roles existing in and interacting with the SEER registries. The matrix itself denotes how each role participates in each process. The characteristics required of a person participating in a particular role are also provided. This model was used as the basis for the assignment of the role performing each task represented in the business process models.
