This journal issue summarizes studies of support services data collected after 1996 in six HIV epicenters, three small cities, and several States. It describes the HIV/AIDS research studies that were conducted in the fields of psychology, epidemiology, social work, social aspects of medicine, nursing, and counseling. The journal issue examines HIV/AIDS and its affect on individuals, couples, families, and communities. This journal issue includes tables and charts.
