If you have registered for multiple organizations in the past and have multiple usernames and passwords, you can continue to use them. However, we suggest the following:
  1. Select the username that you have used most often and has the maximum data associated with it
  2. Login using that username and its password
  3. Click on "My Registered Organizations" and register with all other organizations that you had registered in the past
  4. If you had added different grants or worked on several applications, you must perform additional steps to ensure that you get access to all the required data and functions
  5. Now you are ready to do your business with HRSA using this username for all the organizations that you have registered for

Can I work on multiple organizations at the same time? [Top]
No. You can only work on one organization at a time. Note the following:
  • The organization that you are currently working on is always shown when you login and on all pages in the header
  • You can switch to a different organization, using the "Tools" menu or by visiting the "My Registered Organizations" page
  • You can set the default organization that you want to be used when you login. Visit the "My Registered Organizations" page
Can I register for different organizations with different roles? [Top]
Yes. Each time you register for an organization, you must select one role. For a detailed description of roles, click here.

Even when you are registered for multiple organizations, the system only allows you to work on one organization at a time. If you get errors such as "grant not found", ensure that you are working under the correct organizational profile.

You can visit the "My Registered Organizations" page and see the grant numbers associated with that organization. Make sure that you are working using the correct organization profile.
