Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Prior to February 4, 2009, cancellations received in writing to rama.palriwala@va.gov will receive a full refund (minus a $15 processing fee). After February 4th, cancellations or no shows will result in the registrant forfeiting the entire meeting fee because numbers will have already been guaranteed to the hotel.
