The Semiannual Report includes a description of the significant OIG audits, investigations, inspections, and reviews completed during the 6-month period, and the results of these reviews. The report also provides a description of other significant OIG activities completed, including Hotline cases completed, proposed legislation and regulations reviewed, OIG management presentations and Congressional testimony, and a summation of the resolution and implementation status on OIG recommendations. The 6-month period addressed is either October 1 through March 31 or April 1 through September 30.
