I have been displaced from my job since July 2008 and receiving unemploymnet benefits from the state I live in. As the crisis looks grim and now another tax year has come upon us, how are we able to afford to pay our Federal and State taxes, if we do owe when the unemployment benefits doesn't give us not much of a support to make a living. How do we pay this without being penealized? Sorry for the spelling.
