The Forgot My User ID or Password screen allows you to submit a request to reset your user ID or password if you forget them.
To request that your password be reset:
- Enter your e-mail address in the data entry field. This should be the same e-mail address you used when you registered with WebCASPAR.
- Click on E-mail My User ID/Password. The system displays a confirmation screen with the message, “The information you requested has been e-mailed to: [your e-mail address]. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to reset your password.” You will receive an e-mail message containing instructions for resetting your password.
Click on Cancel to return to the Maintain Account Information screen without submitting your request.
Please enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click on the E-mail My User ID/Password button.
You will receive your user ID and instructions for changing your password at the e-mail address you provided.
