Office Manager
National Children’s Study
Ms. Blackshear serves as the Office Manager of the National Children’s Study Program Office. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and MS in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. Before joining the National Children’s Study in 2007, she was the office administrator and served as a certified mediator for Peninsula Mediation and ADR in Williamsburg, VA. Within the Program Office, Ms. Blackshear provides all administrative and clerical support functions, solely coordinating and managing the office operations and overall administration.
