Reports and
Recommendations
The National Advisory Council on the National Health Service
Corps periodically produces white papers and reports to
the Secretary. Along with their providing their recommendations,
these reports and papers enable the Secretary to identify
the pressing needs of the Corps, according to the council.

Guam's Poorest of Poor
