The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is amending Rule 2010(f) (18 CFR 385.2010(f))
to permit participants to proceedings before the Commission voluntarily to serve documents
on one another by electronic means.
DATES: This final rule is effective thirty days after publication in the Federal Register.
