Federal Acquisition Regulation (Interim Rule): Procurement Program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns
Interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Section 308 of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, Procurement Program for Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Service-Disabled Veterans (Public Law 108-183), in particular the service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern set-aside and sole source provisions of the law.
SBA Final Rule: Government Contracting Programs
This final rule implements that section of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (VBA), which addresses procurement programs for small business concerns (SBCs) owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans.
Participation of Service-Disabled Veterans in Federal Contracting
Memorandum from the Administrator of the Small Business Administration and Acting Administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy encouraging agencies to focus contracting efforts on small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans and to inform you of some new tools that will assist agencies in this effort.
