Autonomous agency under the Ministry of Finance to provide credit, loans, and other financial services to individuals, groups, and industries to strengthen agriculture. This site describes Slovene expedition to Dhaulagiri and Humar's intention to climb its 4000 metre high south face. Reinhold Messner, who has also tried to climb the south face of Dhaulagiri, described the face as "Death zone - one of the last great mountain adventures". During this event live transmision on internet via satellite connection was enabled. On October 31st 1999 Tomaž Humar actually was the first who climbed the south face of Dhaulagiri in solo alpine style. Some interviews in Slovene language and some pictures are available.
