Science Board
The NOAA Fisheries
Science Board is comprised of the six regional
Science Center Directors and the Director of
the Office of Science and Technology, who serves
as the Board's Chair. The Science Board:
- ensures the integrity and quality of NOAA
Fisheries fisheries science,
- addresses national science issues and
programs, and
- develops national science policy.
Meetings of the Science Board are held quarterly.
The Office of Science and Technology provides
administrative support for the NOAA Fisheries
Science Board.
