Abstract:

The Illinois Department of Public Health's Division of Environmental Health works to reduce the incidence of disease and injury related to environmental factors fall within five major areas of responsibility: rulemaking, plan reviews and construction permits, inspections, vocational and facility licensing, and engineering and toxicological reports. It covers several program areas and provides publications.
